360 School Development Instruments
Put simply, school culture is formed by the underlying attitudes, beliefs and priorities of your learning community. Each staff grouping may hold shared or disparate values. Because these influential norms are often Our online survey delivers an objective and reliable picture of your school’s attitudes, competences and expectations in gifted and talented provision. held at a subconscious level, they are powerful shapers of behaviour and expectation. Often unidentified, they are significant determinants of the success or otherwise of school policies and strategies. Our 360 School Culture Instrument identifies 15 elements, and our support programme helps you to realign those which will not contribute positively to your development by helping to change staff attitudes, perceptions and values in a non-threatening way.
Our 360-dergee leadership development system is an effective tool for gathering a reliable and objective view of professional attributes. Our 360 isn't an appraisal, but an assisted self-development programme which uses the 360 structure. It is a 'low-threat, high impact' programme which has a 100% effectiveness rating.
We use an online questionnaire to gather the views of a range of colleagues in regard to their perceptions of the head's or manager's leadership skills. We then analyse the respondents’ views and identify areas of existing strength, and also where skills may be improved.
GATEways builds on the quality standards framework for gifted and talented education. Our confidential report gives you an independent audit of your current practice. Follow-up consultancy supports you and helps with development.
Our Pupil Voice system uses an online questionnaire to identify your pupils' attitudes in the five major areas which contribute to learning effectiveness. The survey is very child-friendly, and is suitable for use in KS2 and above. Its 40 questions take around 10 minutes to complete. We analyse the responses and produce a comprehensive report cross-referenced to your requirements; we pinpoint the attitudes of every child, and also any of a range of gender, ability, ethnic or social groupings you may request.
SENsis is an online survey of staff attitudes to SEN pupils and their disabilities, and of staff confidence in a range of strategies which promote best practice.
Our Pupil Tracker provides you with a secure online tracking system allowing you to input data at any time and to download an unlimited number of reports. The reports are available for any ethnicity or ability grouping you require. Our tracker is the only system which takes account of pupil mobility, and which offers sub-divided p scale assessments. Updating takes minutes, and all data analysis is done for you automatically, leaving you to focus on the target-setting process.
